We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong core accounting, taxation, financial modeling, and client-facing experience &mdash; ideally from an ACCA + MBA background with fund management or portfolio reporting expertise. This role will support US financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance coordination, audit support, and cash flow forecasting.Key Responsibilities US Accounting &amp; Financial Operations<ul><li>Lead the monthly close process (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations) under US GAAP guidance.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for US entities.</li><li>Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning &mdash; leverage existing portfolio/treasury skills.</li><li>Support internal and external audits (US-based auditors).</li></ul>US Taxation (with training &amp; support)<ul><li>Coordinate with US CPAs for federal (Form 1120/1065) and state tax filings.</li><li>Prepare workpapers for quarterly estimated tax payments.</li><li>Manage 1099 reporting for US vendors/contractors.</li><li>Assist with sales &amp; use tax nexus analysis and monthly filings (software-guided).</li><li>Maintain tax compliance calendar and ensure no missed deadlines.</li></ul>Financial Modeling &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.</li><li>Support pricing, investment, and cost-saving decisions using your existing modeling expertise.</li><li>Prepare client/investor-ready reports (leveraging portfolio performance reporting experience).</li></ul>Team &amp; Process Management<ul><li>Supervise 1&ndash;2 junior accountants.</li><li>Improve processes using QBO, NetSuite, or Bill.com.</li><li>Lead onboarding of new clients/entities</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>ACCA member (strong accounting &amp; audit foundation)</li><li>MBA in Finance &amp; Banking (strategic &amp; analytical)</li><li>6+ years experience including team leadership</li><li>Fund management, IPS, portfolio rebalancing experience</li><li>Client performance reporting &amp; presentations</li><li>Tax documentation &amp; compliance experience (any jurisdiction)</li><li>Internal &amp; external audit support</li><li>KYC &amp; account opening (local/foreign accounts)</li><li>Financial modeling &amp; forecasting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
