About the RoleAs a Senior Front-End Developer, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance user interfaces while mentoring engineers and shaping frontend architecture. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on development and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of complex UI features and large-scale refactors</li><li>Architect maintainable front-end systems using clean code principles and design patterns</li><li>Debug, profile, and optimize rendering pipelines and UI performance</li><li>Lead frontend architecture decisions, tooling, and testing strategies</li><li>Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming</li><li>Design and maintain E2E testing pipelines</li><li>Establish best practices for state management, performance, and security</li><li>Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n) standards are met</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of strong front-end development experience</li><li>Deep expertise in React (hooks, performance optimization, Suspense, error boundaries)</li><li>Strong understanding of component lifecycles, rendering performance, and state management</li><li>Experience with SSR/CSR strategies, hydration, and cross-platform rendering</li><li>Solid knowledge of frontend security and web standards</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions</li></ul>Tech Stack<ul><li>React (primary)</li><li>Optional exposure to Vue or Angular</li><li>Modern JavaScript / TypeScript</li><li>Testing frameworks for unit and E2E testing</li><li>CI/CD pipelines and frontend tooling</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
