SEO & Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO & Growth Specialist to drive digital growth for Xynotech, its group companies, and VendifAI. This role focuses on SEO, email marketing, and AI-driven content, with a strong emphasis on turning traffic into qualified leads and measurable business results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture flows end-to-end.
• Manage technical SEO, on-page SEO, AEO, and GEO across all websites.
• Optimize content for AI search engines and answer platforms, not just Google.
• Create and refine marketing content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Track and report performance using GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio, focusing on leads and conversions.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan campaigns and hit growth targets.

What We Look For

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and email marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows.
• Proven track record of driving leads and conversions.
• Strong written English skills.
• Self-driven and able to own growth outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
