Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our cargo services team as a Customer Service &amp; Telecaller. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating cargo shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication over phone, email, and other channels.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service &amp; Tellecaller<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding cargo bookings, shipment status, rates, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.</li><li>Maintain updated customer records and shipment documentation.</li><li>Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.</li><li>Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote cargo services.</li><li>Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.</li><li>Explain services, pricing, and shipment processes clearly.</li><li>Maintain a call log and update CRM systems regularly.</li><li>Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls for feedback and future business.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Local Language].</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.</li><li>Basic knowledge of cargo/shipping/logistics processes preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or telecalling, preferably in the cargo/logistics sector.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
