Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our cargo services team as a Customer Service & Telecaller. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating cargo shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication over phone, email, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Tellecaller

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding cargo bookings, shipment status, rates, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Maintain updated customer records and shipment documentation.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote cargo services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.
  • Explain services, pricing, and shipment processes clearly.
  • Maintain a call log and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls for feedback and future business.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Local Language].
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of cargo/shipping/logistics processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or telecalling, preferably in the cargo/logistics sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
