You will be a key business partner to the Founder and executive team, responsible for turning financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and smarter decision-making.You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in helping us scale from strong growth to sustained, optimized performance.What You&rsquo;ll Do1. Build Job Costing &amp; Profitability Visibility<ul><li>Design and implement a robust job costing system across 1,500+ annual projects</li><li>Analyze true project-level profitability, including direct and indirect costs</li><li>Identify margin drivers across job types, pricing models, and customer segments</li><li>Develop financial models to guide pricing and improve gross margins</li><li>Deliver clear, actionable reporting on profitability trends to leadership</li></ul>2. Drive Operational Efficiency &amp; Financial Performance<ul><li>Evaluate current operations to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve financial outcomes</li><li>Establish KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance across departments</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve profitability with a target of $10M profit on $40M revenue</li><li>Build scalable systems that support growth without unnecessary overhead</li></ul>3.
