1. Creative Design &amp; Conceptualization<ul><li>Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience.</li><li>Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and design directions.</li><li>Present multiple design ideas and refine them based on feedback.</li></ul>2. Poster Design (Photoshop)<ul><li>Create high-quality posters for events, promotions, social media, ads, and branding.</li><li>Use Adobe Photoshop to design visually compelling layouts, typography, and imagery.</li><li>Prepare print-ready poster files with proper bleed, resolution (300 DPI), and color mode (CMYK).</li><li>Manipulate photos, retouch images, and apply effects to enhance visual appeal.</li></ul>3. General Graphic Design<ul><li>Design marketing materials such as logos, brochures, banners, flyers, social media creatives, infographics, and digital ads.</li><li>Produce web and mobile-friendly graphics.</li><li>Ensure design consistency across all client deliverables.</li></ul>4. Video Editing &amp; Motion Graphics<ul><li>Edit videos for social media, advertisements, corporate use, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Add transitions, effects, text overlays, animations, and sound design as needed.</li><li>Use video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut as required.</li><li>Export videos in platform-specific formats and resolutions.</li></ul>5. Branding &amp; Visual Identity<ul><li>Create or refine brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides.</li><li>Ensure all visuals follow brand identity and maintain a consistent look.</li></ul>6. Client Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Discuss project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients.</li><li>Present drafts and explain creative decisions.</li><li>Incorporate feedback promptly and provide revisions professionally.</li><li>Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the project.</li></ul>7. File Preparation &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Deliver final designs in required formats (PSD, JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, MP4, etc.).</li><li>Provide layered source files upon request.</li><li>Organize and maintain a structured file system for all projects.</li></ul>8. Time &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Manage multiple tasks with deadlines.</li><li>Provide accurate timelines, quotations, and progress updates.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of all design work.</li></ul>9. Software &amp; Technical Proficiency<ul><li>Proficient in Photoshop for poster design and retouching.</li><li>Skilled in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).</li><li>Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva is a plus.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FreelanceWork Location: In person
