1. Creative Design & Conceptualization
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and design directions.
- Present multiple design ideas and refine them based on feedback.
2. Poster Design (Photoshop)
- Create high-quality posters for events, promotions, social media, ads, and branding.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to design visually compelling layouts, typography, and imagery.
- Prepare print-ready poster files with proper bleed, resolution (300 DPI), and color mode (CMYK).
- Manipulate photos, retouch images, and apply effects to enhance visual appeal.
3. General Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials such as logos, brochures, banners, flyers, social media creatives, infographics, and digital ads.
- Produce web and mobile-friendly graphics.
- Ensure design consistency across all client deliverables.
4. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit videos for social media, advertisements, corporate use, and promotional campaigns.
- Add transitions, effects, text overlays, animations, and sound design as needed.
- Use video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut as required.
- Export videos in platform-specific formats and resolutions.
5. Branding & Visual Identity
- Create or refine brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides.
- Ensure all visuals follow brand identity and maintain a consistent look.
6. Client Communication & Collaboration
- Discuss project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients.
- Present drafts and explain creative decisions.
- Incorporate feedback promptly and provide revisions professionally.
- Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the project.
7. File Preparation & Delivery
- Deliver final designs in required formats (PSD, JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, MP4, etc.).
- Provide layered source files upon request.
- Organize and maintain a structured file system for all projects.
8. Time & Project Management
- Manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Provide accurate timelines, quotations, and progress updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design work.
9. Software & Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Photoshop for poster design and retouching.
- Skilled in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and tools.
