Our mission is to innovate and deliver cutting-edge drone solutions that enhance efficiency and safety in critical sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition <ul><li>Handle full-cycle recruitment for all departments &mdash; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection.</li><li>Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled talent in aerospace, UAV engineering, operations, and business roles.</li><li>Manage job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.</li><li>Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain an updated database for future requirements.</li><li>Ensure recruitment cost-efficiency and compliance under the guidance of the Finance &amp; HR leadership.</li><li>Support employer-brand initiatives through hiring campaigns and social media presence.</li></ul>HR Operations <ul><li>Assist Finance &amp; HR teams in employee onboarding, background verification, documentation, and induction processes.</li><li>Handle attendance tracking, leave records, payroll-support inputs, and statutory documentation.</li><li>Maintain employee files, HR records, and policy documents in an organized and secure manner.</li><li>Assist with performance evaluation cycles, appraisals, and HR-related communication.</li><li>Support employee relations, culture-building efforts, and internal engagement activities.</li><li>Coordinate exit formalities including clearances, documentation, and final settlements in collaboration with Finance.</li></ul>Finance Coordination <ul><li>Provide HR-related data inputs for payroll, budgeting, recruitment cost tracking, and manpower planning.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance in maintaining vendor invoices related to recruitment and HR services.</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal financial policies.</li></ul>General Expectations<ul><li>Work closely with the Finance &amp; HR management team to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling employee data.</li><li>Contribute to improving HR processes, workflows, and internal communication.</li><li>Uphold Yali Aerospace&rsquo;s culture of discipline, innovation, and teamwork.</li></ul>Requirements added by the job poster<ul><li>Commute to this job&rsquo;s location</li></ul><ul><li>1+ years of work experience with Hiring</li></ul><ul><li>Can start immediately</li></ul><ul><li>Accept a background check</li></ul><ul><li>1+ years of experience in Human Resources</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current CTC?</li><li>What's your Expected CTC?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
