Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems</li><li>Monitor and maintain BMS controls for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance</li><li>Troubleshoot basic system faults and escalate complex issues</li><li>Support senior engineers during system upgrades and modifications</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations</li><li>Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of system performance</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors when required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in BMS or facility maintenance</li><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and control systems</li><li>Familiarity with BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls) is an advantage</li><li>Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics</li><li>Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, system interfaces)</li><li>Willingness to work shifts if required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
