BMS Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
• Monitor and maintain BMS controls for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic system faults and escalate complex issues
• Support senior engineers during system upgrades and modifications
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of system performance
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors when required

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in BMS or facility maintenance
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and control systems
• Familiarity with BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls) is an advantage
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, system interfaces)
• Willingness to work shifts if required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
