Multi Technician (MEP)

*Job Summary: *

The Multi Technician (MEP) is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The technician shall ensure all MEP equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and safely while complying with company standards and safety regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

### Mechanical

* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, including FCUs, AHUs, exhaust fans, ventilation systems, and pumps.

* Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and systems.

* Monitor chilled water systems and associated equipment.

* Perform filter cleaning, replacement, and routine servicing of HVAC equipment.

* Attend breakdown calls and rectify faults promptly.

### Electrical

* Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, lighting fixtures, power outlets, DBs, MCCs, and control panels.

* Replace faulty electrical components, switches, sockets, breakers, and wiring.

* Conduct electrical inspections and testing as required.

* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.

### Plumbing

* Carry out maintenance and repairs of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.

* Repair leaks, replace valves, faucets, pipes, and plumbing fixtures.

* Clear blockages and maintain proper functionality of plumbing systems.

* Inspect and maintain water tanks, pumps, and related equipment.

### General Maintenance

* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.

* Respond to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.

* Coordinate with supervisors and other trades during maintenance activities.

* Ensure proper housekeeping of work areas and tools.

* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

* Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP-related field.

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, facilities management, or building services.

* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

* Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Basic knowledge of safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
