Job Description

Repair Plus is looking for an experienced MEP Technician Cum Driver to join our Facility Management and Home Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC systems, along with basic electrical and plumbing maintenance. A valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, etc.)
• Carry out electrical and plumbing maintenance works.
• Respond to maintenance requests at residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive the company vehicle to customer locations safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Basic experience in electrical and plumbing works.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
