<ul><li>Patient Care &amp; Monitoring</li><li>Conduct regular rounds and assess the condition of admitted patients.</li><li>Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress notes in patient files.</li><li>Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications and treatments.</li><li>Coordination with Doctors &amp; Nursing Staff</li><li>Assist Consultants and Specialists during patient examinations and procedures.</li><li>Communicate consultant instructions clearly to the nursing and support staff.</li><li>Update patient health status to senior doctors regularly.</li><li>Emergency &amp; Critical Care Duties</li><li>Attend to medical emergencies within the ward promptly.</li><li>Ensure immediate stabilization and initiate emergency treatment protocols.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reports</li><li>Properly maintain patient case sheets, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.</li><li>Ensure accurate and complete medical records as per hospital standards.</li><li>Patient &amp; Family Communication</li><li>Explain treatment plans and health status to patients and relatives politely and professionally.</li><li>Handle concerns and escalate issues if needed.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li><li>Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.</li><li>Ensure ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality at all times.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
