Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

• Patient Care & Monitoring
• Conduct regular rounds and assess the condition of admitted patients.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress notes in patient files.
• Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordination with Doctors & Nursing Staff
• Assist Consultants and Specialists during patient examinations and procedures.
• Communicate consultant instructions clearly to the nursing and support staff.
• Update patient health status to senior doctors regularly.
• Emergency & Critical Care Duties
• Attend to medical emergencies within the ward promptly.
• Ensure immediate stabilization and initiate emergency treatment protocols.
• Documentation & Reports
• Properly maintain patient case sheets, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure accurate and complete medical records as per hospital standards.
• Patient & Family Communication
• Explain treatment plans and health status to patients and relatives politely and professionally.
• Handle concerns and escalate issues if needed.
• Compliance & Safety
• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
• Ensure ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
