The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive repair sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven history of growing a business while operating with honesty, integrity, and transparency at every level.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide strategic leadership to ensure the Store meets or exceeds sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals</li><li>Able to implement Key to Key auto hospitality concept.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development</li><li>Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting</li></ul>*Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in automotive service industry, with a proven track record of success</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
