Position Overview:

We are seeking General Managers who are committed to leading by example and overseeing all aspects of service center operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive repair sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven history of growing a business while operating with honesty, integrity, and transparency at every level.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the Store meets or exceeds sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
• Able to implement Key to Key auto hospitality concept.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive service industry, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Tekmetric experience is a plus.
• Ability to implement the company's operational procedure throughout the shop.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
