Job Description:Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes) Pay: &pound;35,000 - &pound;42,000 per year Location: In person, Near Poole, Manufacturing FacilityJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in either CNC Mills or CNC Lathes to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 4-day work week and competitive benefits.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set, operate, and program CNC machines.</li><li>Work with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls.</li><li>Produce precision components to tight tolerances.</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes).</li><li>Familiarity with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls (advantageous).</li><li>Mastercam experience is a bonus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality.</li></ul>Working Hours &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>4-day work week (Monday to Thursday), 39 hours.</li><li>Flexible start and finish times (06:30 to 17:30).</li><li>Company pension, free on-site parking.</li><li>Overtime at enhanced rate</li><li>Holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &pound;21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-site parking</li><li>Referral programme</li></ul>Work Location: In person
