CNC Machinist

Job Description:

Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes)
Pay: £35,000 - £42,000 per year
Location: In person, Near Poole, Manufacturing Facility

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in either CNC Mills or CNC Lathes to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 4-day work week and competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, operate, and program CNC machines.
• Work with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls.
• Produce precision components to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes).
• Familiarity with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls (advantageous).
• Mastercam experience is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday), 39 hours.
• Flexible start and finish times (06:30 to 17:30).
