This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the food industry while showcasing your talents in fine dining and hospitality.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team</li><li>Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision</li><li>Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas</li><li>Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with sales transaction processing is essential</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization</li><li>Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards</li><li>Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs</li><li>Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry</li><li>Previous experience with food handling, serving, bussing, cashiering or host/hostess duties is highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality and guest relations</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere.
