About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to launch or advance their career in SaaS/B2B sales. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads and setting the foundation for revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers through proactive outreach.Please note this is an entry-level SDR position. We are looking for candidates with College Degree's and 0-3 years of outreach / B2B salesKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and qualify potential clients</li><li>Research target accounts and build outreach lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms</li><li>Deliver compelling value propositions and qualify leads based on fit and interest</li><li>Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team</li><li>Accurately track all activities and interactions in the CRM</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>1-3 years of experience in outbound outreach, cold calling, email prospecting, or sales development (experience in SaaS or B2B sales environment strongly preferred)</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly</li><li>Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace</li><li>Ability to thrive in a remote work setting with minimal supervision</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary of $60,000 per year plus variable compensation...OTE of $75,000 first year</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Collaborative team culture focused on growth and innovation</li><li>Modern sales tools and technologies to support your success</li></ul>If you are energetic, coachable, and passionate about building a career in sales, we encourage you to apply.
