Remote Sales Development Representative - Entry-Level

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to launch or advance their career in SaaS/B2B sales. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads and setting the foundation for revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers through proactive outreach.

Please note this is an entry-level SDR position. We are looking for candidates with College Degree's and 0-3 years of outreach / B2B sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Research target accounts and build outreach lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and qualify leads based on fit and interest
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team
  • Accurately track all activities and interactions in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound outreach, cold calling, email prospecting, or sales development (experience in SaaS or B2B sales environment strongly preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work setting with minimal supervision
