The HRIS Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to the HRIS Team to support effective and accurate processing of personnel records. This position enters and controls data from confidential employee records in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and assists with compliance reporting.</div><div></div><div><br>

Schedule</div><ul><li>
Monday - Friday, between 8:00AM - 4:30PM</li><li>
Temporary Full-time position, contract ends 12/31/25</li><li>
Must work at the Association Office at least two times a week, Thursday - Friday</li></ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Inputs data into a computer processing system and reviews output for accuracy</li><li>
Reviews and inputs data into various government platforms to ensure compliance with reporting requirements</li><li>
Review various confidential documents and updates the HRIS system accordingly</li><li>
Provides clerical support to the HR department</li><li>
Supports with processing personnel records, termination, and hires</li><li>
Supports with personnel record audits to ensure accuracy of data</li></ul><ul><li>
Supports Sr. HR Manager with various projects</li><li>
Must have strong attention to detail skills and ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook)</li><li>
Maintain the confidentiality of all employee information</li><li>
Must be well organized and detail oriented</li><li>
Able to work independently</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with confidential data professionally</li><li>
Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
2+ years' of administration and data entry</li><li>
Licensing, state law and our government funders require that staff within YMCA of San Diego County be fingerprinted, prior to reporting to work, and include subsequent arrest notifications
</li><li>CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, obtained within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:<ul><li>
American Red Cross</li><li>
American Heart Association</li><li>
American Safety &amp; Health Institute</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>

Pay Range: USD $21.00 - USD $23.63 /Hr.</div>
