## Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition Team in administrative duties throughout recruitment process

and act on communications with candidates to support candidate progression

  • Represent the YMCA at community events, such as job fairs,

and other candidate engagement events

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple daily tasks for

completion
