Pay Rate: 25.00/Hr. - $28.00/hr. On W2 (Based On Experience)
Shift: M-F, 8-5 pm
Job Summary

Complete administrative duties for the human capital department with primary responsibilities in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Post all new positions to PeopleSoft, State Job Board, ZipRecruiter, and other needed job boards; notify the Recruiter. Refresh all positions on each board every Friday.

Coordinate and track pre-employment background screening and drug testing process for candidates, ensuring every candidate consents and tests within 48 hours.

Administer the Predictive Index tool to candidates and deliver results within 48 hours to the Recruiter.

Initiate and complete all adverse action processes as directed by the Recruiter, Manager, Director, or VP.

Engage new hires in pre- and post-onboarding by assisting with completion of equipment and remote work forms, answering questions, processing I-9s, and forwarding forms for approval/signature.

Complete all reference checks for Supervisors and above.

Support Recruitment staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and assisting with temporary hiring projects.

Work on projects as assigned.

Perform additional duties, including assisting other coordinators.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Education & Experience
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
-
2+ years of HR administrative experience focused on recruitment and hiring
-
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred

Experience with PeopleSoft
Disqualifiers:

Candidates with many years of experience as a Recruiter

More than 3 years of HR/Admin experience in recruitment/hiring

Not located in or near Phoenix, Arizona

No experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Candidates expecting more than $28/hr
