We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese&ndash;English) Physician Assistant to join our collaborative clinical team.Position OverviewThe PA will provide high-quality primary and acute care services under physician collaboration, managing a diverse adult patient population in an outpatient setting.Pay<ul><li>From $130,000 to $200,000 per year (full-time)</li><li>Part-time available at $90 - $120/hr</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>401(k) &amp; Retirement plans</li><li>CME</li><li>Paid vacation time</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments</li><li>Obtain and document medical histories, vital signs, and clinical findings</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians</li><li>Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions</li><li>Administer injections and perform in-office procedures</li><li>Provide triage and urgent care management as needed</li><li>Utilize EMR systems (MDLand) for accurate documentation and care coordination</li><li>Deliver patient education on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modification</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English required)</li><li>Valid certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) with current licensure in NY</li><li>Demonstrated experience in internal medicine or hospital medicine settings</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems (MDLand) is a plus but not required</li><li>Clinical skills including venipuncture, phlebotomy, and routine outpatient procedures</li><li>Experience in geriatrics, infectious disease, and palliative care is advantageous</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Mandarin (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Physician Assistant (PA) License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
