Due to recent storm activity, we are expanding our team across Central Illinois and the Chicago suburbs.The OpportunityWe are seeking motivated, high-energy Sales Specialists to help homeowners navigate the complex insurance claims process after storm damage. This is a &quot;boots-on-the-ground&quot; role where your income is directly tied to your work ethic. If you are competitive, self-motivated, and looking for a career where you can earn six figures without being stuck behind a desk, this is it.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Field Prospecting: Drive to storm-affected neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach.</li><li>Property Inspections: Perform basic roof and property inspections to identify damage (full training provided).</li><li>Documentation: Take high-quality photos and document property damage for claim filing.</li><li>Client Advocacy: Educate homeowners on their rights and help them initiate the insurance claim process.</li><li>Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships from the initial knock through the final settlement.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with our licensed Public Adjusters and management team to hit sales targets.</li><li>Growth: We are looking for people who would want to become Public Adjusters and will help with achieving this goal.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong Communicators: You must be comfortable talking to strangers and building instant rapport.</li><li>Grit: You aren&rsquo;t afraid of door-to-door sales or climbing roofs (safety is a priority, but comfort with heights is required).</li><li>Reliability: You need a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a reliable vehicle to reach affected areas.</li><li>Professionalism: Even in a field setting, you represent our firm&rsquo;s commitment to quality service.</li><li>Background: Experience in construction, roofing, or insurance is a major plus, but not required.
