Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Compensation: Commission-Based | $30,000 base pay + Commission most sales earn $85,000 - $150,000 per year.

The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, high-energy Sales Specialists to help homeowners navigate the complex insurance claims process after storm damage. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where your income is directly tied to your work ethic. Key Responsibilities

• Field Prospecting: Drive to storm-affected neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
• Property Inspections: Perform basic roof and property inspections to identify damage (full training provided).
• Documentation: Take high-quality photos and document property damage for claim filing.
• Client Advocacy: Educate homeowners on their rights and help them initiate the insurance claim process.
• Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships from the initial knock through the final settlement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our licensed Public Adjusters and management team to hit sales targets.
• Growth: We are looking for people who would want to become Public Adjusters and will help with achieving this goal.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Communicators: You must be comfortable talking to strangers and building instant rapport.
• Grit: You aren’t afraid of door-to-door sales or climbing roofs (safety is a priority, but comfort with heights is required).
• Reliability: You need a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to reach affected areas.
• Professionalism: Even in a field setting, you represent our firm’s commitment to quality service.
• Background: Experience in construction, roofing, or insurance is a major plus, but not required. We will train the right personality.
