We are currently seeking a Resource Analyst works closely with all Operations functions to identify field resources to address organizational needs for Integration, Maintenance, Staffing &amp; Backfill. The Resource Analyst is responsible for dispatching the necessary team members to client locations to service installations, troubleshooting or other professional services in the Yorktel portfolio both nationally and internationally. Additionally, the Resource Analyst will identify and assist in onboarding potential new partners.</p><div></div><div><b><br>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
This position regularly communicates with both Project Management / Coordination team members, as well as Field Installation team members, and Sales Engineering in order to ensure the proper resources are available and coordinated.</li><li>
Ensure all required documentation has been made available for Field Installation team members, including but not limited to Project Proposals, System Drawings, POC information, Project Acceptance documentation, and others as needed.</li><li>
Support the Project Management team with follow up efforts for Field Installation team members, both Yorktel and Subcontracted, to ensure the prompt return of all required documentation (Site Surveys, Acceptance Forms).</li><li>
Support Design Engineering team with follow up efforts for Field Installation team members, both Yorktel and Subcontracted, to ensure the prompt return of all required documentation (Redline drawings, installation notes, site pictures, site surveys).</li><li>
Maintain an accurate scheduled forecast of all Field Installation events using approved platform.</li><li>
Communicate scheduling event additions or changes with effected Field Team members.</li><li>
Assist in locating new YorkForce partners, also tracking strengths and weaknesses of each individual partner for future reference.</li><li>
Negotiate with all potential YorkForce partners to ensure Yorktel is receiving a fair rate for work provided.</li><li>
Attend planning meetings and active involvement in large rollout projects.</li><li>
Responsible for knowledge of and adherence to all internal York Telecom policies and procedures</li><li>
All other duties assigned.</li><li>
Experience with Yorktel business management systems to be used for scheduling of resources.</li><li>
Ability to create SOP documentation around procedures specific to the position, to be used as training material for others entering the role.</li><li>
Ability to work with database entry and scheduling systems.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><i><br>

Education &amp; Experience:</b></div><div><ul><li>
1-3 years of experience in a customer service area</li><li>
AA Degree or equivalent experience in computer science is desirable</li><li>
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency</li><li>
Bi-Lingual is desirable</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Additional Requirements:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Limited domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area</li><li>
Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver&rsquo;s abstract</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.</li><li>
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking</li><li>
Limited weekend and/or night work may be required. Hours of normal coverage are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (East Coast Time). Some flexibility is expected.</li><li>
Must be able to pass suitability requirements for various customers</li><li>
Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
