JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.</li><li>Present, promote, and sell software IT products to customers using solid sales techniques.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target regions.</li><li>Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and requirements.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, product development) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience in IT/software sales.</li><li>Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages (English is a must; additional languages preferred Kannada and Malayalam).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to understand technical software solutions and explain them to clients.</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li><li>Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have a laptop with internet connection and a smartphone to perform work effectively.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to send their resumes to venkataashok.hr@ytmsindia.org or contact at 8688400273.
