Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to nurture and support the developmental growth of our youngest learners. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a dynamic team committed to excellence in childcare.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote infant development across motor skills, language, socialization, and exploration.</li><li>Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring overall comfort for infants throughout their daily routines.</li><li>Observe and document each child's progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform personalized care plans.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians by sharing updates on their child's growth and addressing any concerns promptly.</li><li>Manage classroom dynamics effectively through positive behavior management strategies tailored to infants&rsquo; needs.</li><li>Support team members by participating in ongoing training related to childhood development, first aid, special education needs, and working with children with disabilities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care.</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.</li><li>Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is advantageous.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with nurturing caregiving abilities.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members in a professional manner.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt routines based on individual child needs and developmental progress.
