Job Description:Kicks Sweet Treats is a new, high-energy gelato, smoothie, and a&ccedil;a&iacute; bowl concept opening in Downtown Atlanta in time for the World Cup. We are building a team of reliable, positive, and fast-paced individuals who are excited to be part of a fun, customer-focused environment.If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering a great experience&mdash;this is the place for you.Position Details:<ul><li>Type: Part-Time</li><li>Start Date: Training begins May 10</li><li>Location: Downtown Atlanta</li><li>Shifts Available: Morning, Midday, Evening</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:Front of House:<ul><li>Greet customers and provide a welcoming, high-energy experience</li><li>Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately</li><li>Serve gelato and prepare cones, cups, and toppings</li><li>Maintain clean and organized customer areas</li></ul>Product Preparation:<ul><li>Prepare smoothies and a&ccedil;a&iacute; bowls to standard recipes</li><li>Assemble orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Maintain quality and consistency of all products</li></ul>Back of House / Operations:<ul><li>Daily prep (cut fruit, stock toppings, organize inventory)</li><li>Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed</li><li>Support team members across all stations</li></ul>Cleaning &amp; Sanitation:<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness of all work areas throughout the day</li><li>Clean and restock restrooms multiple times per day</li><li>Perform scheduled weekly deep cleaning tasks</li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once</li><li>Willingness to learn and take direction</li><li>Prior food service experience is a plus (Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie, etc.), but not required</li></ul>Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
