Job Description:

Kicks Sweet Treats is a new, high-energy gelato, smoothie, and açaí bowl concept opening in Downtown Atlanta in time for the World Cup. We are building a team of reliable, positive, and fast-paced individuals who are excited to be part of a fun, customer-focused environment.

Position Details:

• Type: Part-Time
• Start Date: Training begins May 10
• Location: Downtown Atlanta
• Shifts Available: Morning, Midday, Evening

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, high-energy experience
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Serve gelato and prepare cones, cups, and toppings
• Maintain clean and organized customer areas

Product Preparation:

• Prepare smoothies and açaí bowls to standard recipes
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain quality and consistency of all products

Back of House / Operations:

• Daily prep (cut fruit, stock toppings, organize inventory)
• Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed
• Support team members across all stations

Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas throughout the day
• Clean and restock restrooms multiple times per day
• Perform scheduled weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Prior food service experience is a plus (Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie, etc.), but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
