However, preference will be given to those applicants who can draft a cover letter and resume, print it off, and mail it to our office at:Your Land &amp; Title, LLC6100 Crestwood StationCrestwood, Kentucky 40014Responsibilities: - Conduct residential real estate closings - Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements - Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations - Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines - Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areaRequirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Kentucky Bar- Admission to the Indiana Bar a plus - Strong knowledge of statutes, legal principles and court procedures involved with Probate, Wills and Trusts - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice - Proficiency in legal drafting and document review- Experience using Wealthcounsel, Courtnet, and Qualia - Experience with litigation, negotiation, and client representation - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment- Willingness to learn, adapt, develop and take on more responsibilities over timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,757.00 - $78,717.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Crestwood, KY 40014 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
