Job Title: Head &ndash; Brand E Commerce Job Title: Head &ndash; Brand E-commerceCompany: HealthSense Experience: 10&ndash;14 Years (Relevant) Salary: Negotiable , Open for discussion Location: BangaloreJob SummaryThe Head &ndash; Brand E-commerce will own and scale Health Sense&rsquo;s D2C and marketplace businesses, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and brand excellence across digital channels. This role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale physical product categories.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy &amp; P&amp;L Ownership<ul><li>Own end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including business planning, pricing, promotions, and P&amp;L management.</li><li>Independently manage assigned budgets and scale categories with minimum turnover of INR 200 Cr.</li><li>Define growth roadmap for D2C and marketplace channels aligned with brand objectives.</li></ul>Channel Management<ul><li>Drive performance across brand-owned D2C platforms (Shopify/Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, etc.).</li><li>Omni-channel exposure (offline + online integration) is an added advantage.</li><li>Exclude pure marketplace/account management-only roles.</li></ul>Product &amp; Category Management<ul><li>Lead physical product pricing, category management, and new product development (NPD).</li><li>Strong understanding of product sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Work closely with supply chain, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure availability and margin optimization.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; CRO<ul><li>Lead performance marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, and social.</li><li>Optimize website UX/UI and conversion funnels using A/B testing and CRO frameworks.</li><li>Monitor and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, Conversion Rate, CLV.</li></ul>Data, Analytics &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Strong command of data management, forecasting, and business projections.</li><li>Analyze performance using tools like GA4, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.</li><li>Present weekly/monthly KPI reviews to senior leadership.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of minimum 5+ members.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain, tech, and customer experience teams.</li><li>Manage agency and vendor relationships (excluding marketing agency-only background profiles).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience:</li><li>10&ndash;14 years of total experience in brand-led physical products (no services).</li><li>Strong exposure to D2C category management and scalable consumer brands.</li><li>Experience in startups or high-growth brands preferred.</li><li>Ex-founders of product/brand-led businesses will be a plus.</li><li>Education:</li><li>Only technical/professional graduates and MBAs (MBA preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Basic graduates to be avoided.</li><li>Mandatory Expertise:</li><li>Physical product pricing &amp; new product development (NPD)</li><li>Large-scale category ownership (₹200 Cr+ turnover)</li><li>Negotiation &amp; sourcing</li><li>Budget ownership &amp; forecasting</li><li>Exclusions (Strict):</li><li>No marketing agency-only backgrounds</li><li>No pure Amazon/marketplace account management profiles</li><li>No services-led or non-physical product experience</li><li>Communication:</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Fluency in Hindi and English mandatory (additional languages are a plus)</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Data-driven Decision Making</li><li>Commercial &amp; Financial Acumen</li><li>Performance Marketing</li><li>Cross-functional Leadership</li><li>Scaling D2C &amp; Marketplace Businesses</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply directly or share profiles at akanksha@healthsense.in / recruitment.ysbrands@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently loctaed in Bangalore ?</li><li>Are you an immediate Joiner ?</li><li>Are you ok with monthly salary of 150000 to 200000</li><li>Do you have good communication in English and Hindi ?</li><li>Do you have experience of working in Start Up ?</li><li>Do you have Experience of Handling Business Growth and Experience , Category P&amp;L and Supply Chain Expansion ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
