Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to assist the Head of HR in managing the recruitment and onboarding cycle. The role involves shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department heads, supporting selection decisions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a passion for talent acquisition and employee support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Head of HR in sourcing and shortlisting eligible candidates based on job requirements</li><li>Communicate with shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews (via phone, email, WhatsApp, Bitrix etc.)</li><li>Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers</li><li>Support in conducting initial screenings and assessments where required</li><li>Maintain applicant tracking and update hiring status in CRM/HR system</li><li>Assist in reference checks and the final selection process</li><li>Prepare offer letters and communicate hiring decisions</li><li>Manage onboarding process: documentation, employee files, orientation scheduling, and system setup</li><li>Ensure smooth transition of selected candidates into the organization</li><li>Maintain HR records and recruitment reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment/HR coordination role</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software/CRM (Bitrix24 preferred)</li><li>Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment procedures, and onboarding standards</li><li>Familiarity with digital hiring tools and professional platforms (LinkedIn etc.)</li><li>Positive attitude and strong problem-solving approach</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
