HR Customer Service Representative Contract opportunity. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and want to grow your career in HR, this is a great way to build real-world experience with a major organization.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off through phone and email</li><li>Help employees and managers navigate HR systems and complete HR transactions</li><li>Document call summaries and case details in the case management system</li><li>Escalate complex issues to specialists or HR business partners as needed</li><li>Stay current on HR policies and procedures to provide accurate, helpful support</li></ul>Skills/Requirements<ul><li>Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while documenting conversations</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Hybrid role based in Framingham, MA &mdash; mostly remote with occasional in-office days as needed</li><li>36.25 hours per week, 9am to 5pm shift</li><li>6-month contract with strong potential for extension for the right candidate</li><li>Great opportunity for candidates interested in growing a career in HR</li></ul>Pay Range: $22/hourPay: $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Framingham, MA 01701
