This is a remote opportunity with the requirement to go into office occasionally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off through phone and email
  • Help employees and managers navigate HR systems and complete HR transactions
  • Document call summaries and case details in the case management system
  • Escalate complex issues to specialists or HR business partners as needed
  • Stay current on HR policies and procedures to provide accurate, helpful support

Skills/Requirements

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while documenting conversations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid role based in Framingham, MA — mostly remote with occasional in-office days as needed
  • 36.25 hours per week, 9am to 5pm shift
  • 6-month contract with strong potential for extension for the right candidate

Pay Range: $22/hour
