HR Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off through phone and email
- Help employees and managers navigate HR systems and complete HR transactions
- Document call summaries and case details in the case management system
- Escalate complex issues to specialists or HR business partners as needed
- Stay current on HR policies and procedures to provide accurate, helpful support
Skills/Requirements
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while documenting conversations
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus
Additional Information:
- Hybrid role based in Framingham, MA — mostly remote with occasional in-office days as needed
- 36.25 hours per week, 9am to 5pm shift
- 6-month contract with strong potential for extension for the right candidate

Pay Range: $22/hour
