If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in reliable service, this opportunity is perfect for you to make a meaningful impact in healthcare logistics.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmissions to deliver medical supplies and specimens efficiently across designated routes.</li><li>Load and unload shipments using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring proper handling of sensitive materials.</li><li>Navigate route driving with precision, adhering to schedules and traffic laws to guarantee timely deliveries.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with healthcare providers, staff, and clients during deliveries.</li><li>Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records for accountability.</li><li>Handle heavy lifting and moving tasks safely while managing multiple deliveries throughout the day.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role involving route driving and heavy lifting.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures and equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, moving supplies, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles; certification as a &lt;PERSON&gt; driver is advantageous.</li><li>Prior experience working in healthcare logistics or with temperature-sensitive materials is a plus.
