Position Summary
Zachry Construction is seeking experienced Oilers and Lubrication Technicians to service and maintain heavy construction equipment on large-scale projects. The Oiler/Lubrication Technician is responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly lubricated, maintained, and safe for operation. This position plays a vital role in maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through regular inspection, oil analysis, and preventive maintenance. Please note that a drive-home truck is not provided for this position. 
What Youll Do<ul><li>
Perform daily lubrication and preventive maintenance services on a wide range of heavy construction equipment, including cranes, pavers, dirt and plant equipment, and other machinery.</li><li>
Collect, label, and analyze oil samples for lab testing; interpret oil analysis results and report findings.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and organized service records and daily task logs.</li><li>
Conduct equipment inspections and prepare written reports on conditions, deficiencies, and recommended actions.</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all equipment is free from excessive oil and grease buildup.</li><li>
Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all maintenance and service activities.</li><li>
Follow all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures, reporting any issues promptly.</li><li>
Demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and punctuality at all times.</li><li>
Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to support project operations.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>

What Were Looking For<ul><li>
Class A or B CDL with X endorsement and Hazmat certification required.</li><li>
Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or completion of diesel-related technical coursework preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of lubrication systems, oil sampling, and analysis interpretation.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.</li><li>
Must supply own hand tools (up to 112 wrenches and sockets); larger specialty tools provided by Zachry.</li><li>
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency with computers and basic recordkeeping software preferred.</li><li>
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li></ul>

Position Summary
Zachry Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Construction Field Mechanic to join our team. The Field Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy construction equipment from major manufacturers including Caterpillar, John Deere, Link-Belt, Manitowoc/Grove, and Gomaco. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of equipment used on Zachrys heavy civil projects. 
What Youll Do<ul><li>
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain issues on heavy construction equipment.</li><li>
Interpret parts and service manuals to properly identify repairs and order the necessary replacement parts.</li><li>
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and accurately document equipment condition and required repairs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all daily maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>
Operate tools and equipment safely and follow all Zachry policies and OSHA regulations.</li><li>
Ensure all work is performed to a high-quality standard and equipment is returned to service in a safe, operational condition.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with supervisors and equipment operators regarding needed repairs and completed work.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, A/C units, and onboard control modules.</li><li>
Welding and fabricating experience a plus.</li><li>
Computer skills for diagnostics and reporting preferred.</li><li>
Valid Class B CDL with X endorsement preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Must provide personal hand tools (up to 112 wrenches and sockets); larger specialty tools are supplied by Zachry.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li><li>

Position Overview

The Host at Aleteo Rooftop Restaurant is responsible for creating a warm, energetic, and polished first impression for all guests. This role manages guest arrival, reservations, and seating flow while supporting the lively rooftop atmosphere and maintaining elevated service standards. The Host plays a critical role in pacing, guest satisfaction, and overall dining room flow.

Essential Functions

Guest Reception and Seating

<li>Greet guests promptly with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.</li>
<li>Manage reservations, walk in guests, and waitlists according to service standards.</li>
<li>Escort guests to tables and provide menus with polished presentation.</li>
<li>Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations.</li>

Dining Room Flow and Coordination

<li>Coordinate seating with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain balanced service flow.</li>
<li>Monitor table status and pacing throughout service.</li>
