Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. We are a faith based school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities.Duties<ul><li>Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities.</li><li>Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.</li><li>Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles, including literacy education, behavior management, and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Experience in daycare or private school settings is advantageous.</li><li>Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred but not required.
