Duties to be performed:<ul><li>Delivery sheet creation and dispatch status check.</li><li>Co-ordination with delivery staffs and drivers for timely dispatches and other delivery updates.</li><li>Updates about cash collection, delivery timings, and any other details.</li><li>Co-ordinating with Warehouse for order updates.</li><li>Logistics documents updating.</li><li>Handling enquiries from Customer support team, Sales team, Delivery staffs, etc</li><li>Any other duties as deemed by the reporting manager.</li></ul>Skill set expected:<ul><li>Computer knowledge &ndash; MS-office. Someone who understands both numbers and emotions&mdash;who can analyze reports just as confidently as they can speak to a customer.
