Accounts Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts, communicate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution of queries.

Account Executive roles and responsibility includes :

  • Recording daily transactions such as sales, purchase, incoming payments in accounting system
  • Reconciliation of accounts and inventory
  • Sharing of invoices and ledgers to external stakeholders and follow up on payments
  • Assist the internal stakeholders in solving any accounting related query
  • Review and finalization of all accounts.
  • Manage B2B and B2C accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Send reminders and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
  • Perform KYC and customer registration.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor daily overdue receivables and address potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Analyze and implement process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of work experience as an Accounts Executive

- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

- Hands-on experience with accounting software

- Experience with general ledger functions

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
