Accounts Assistant - Real estate/construction background

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of financial transactions using accounting software like Tally or ERP systems.
  • Managing vendor payments, expense tracking, and monitoring customer payments (installments, booking amounts).
  • Handling TDS, GST, and income tax filings for the organization.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and Profit & Loss accounts.
  • Reconciling bank statements, vendor ledgers, and supporting internal/external audits.
  • Monitoring project-wise cash flows, assisting with budgeting, and forecasting financial requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
