 We are seeking a talented Animator to join our team to help produce captivating video content for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have strong animation skills, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively with the content team to translate concepts into dynamic visuals.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create 2D or 3D animations for YouTube videos, including explainer videos, motion graphics, and visual effects.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with writers, editors, creatives and other team members to conceptualize and storyboard video content.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop animated assets, characters, and environments in alignment with the channel&rsquo;s style and branding.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and refine animations based on feedback to ensure high-quality final videos.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date on animation trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in animation (2D, 3D, or motion graphics) with a strong portfolio or demo reel.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in animation software such as After Effects.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of pacing, timing, and visual flow in video content.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining a creative approach.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 We are specifically looking for an animator skilled in clean, modern motion graphics, including:&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Smooth transitions and kinetic text&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Infographic-style animations&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Simple character or icon-based animations&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Visual explanations of financial, economic, or preparedness concepts&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Polished 2D animations that enhance YouTube educational content&nbsp;
 </li>
