Position: Purchase Dispatch &amp; DesignerWorking Location (Factory Add.): Zavi Medicare, Umaria Dungaria Industrial Area, Chargawan Road, Tilwara, Jabalpur - 482003Experience: 1 to 2 yearsSalary: 10000 to 13000 per MonthOpening(s): 01 (Preferred Male near by Medical and Tilwara)Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Creating and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Arranging for the packing of goods and managing the actual dispatch process, including tracking outgoing materials.</li><li>Generating necessary documents for dispatch, such as challans (delivery notes).</li><li>Updating daily dispatch reports and maintaining accurate records of purchases and shipments.</li><li>Liaising with other departments to understand procurement needs and with external vendors to resolve any issues and ensure smooth delivery.</li><li>Ensuring all dispatch activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.</li><li>Utilize programs like Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop to create and edit designs.</li><li>Produce final files ready for both digital and print use, approve &amp; liaising with Managers &amp; suppliers when necessary.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDFs.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.</li><li>Effective communication for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.</li></ul>15 Days On site training will be provided by the Company. and Transportation will also be provided by from Jabalpur to factory Location.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;13,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
