Position: Purchase Dispatch & Designer

Working Location (Factory Add.): Zavi Medicare, Umaria Dungaria Industrial Area, Chargawan Road, Tilwara, Jabalpur - 482003

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary: 10000 to 13000 per Month

Opening(s): 01 (Preferred Male near by Medical and Tilwara)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Arranging for the packing of goods and managing the actual dispatch process, including tracking outgoing materials.
• Generating necessary documents for dispatch, such as challans (delivery notes).
• Updating daily dispatch reports and maintaining accurate records of purchases and shipments.
• Liaising with other departments to understand procurement needs and with external vendors to resolve any issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensuring all dispatch activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Utilize programs like Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop to create and edit designs.
• Produce final files ready for both digital and print use, approve & liaising with Managers & suppliers when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDFs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
• Effective communication for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

15 Days On site training will be provided by the Company. and Transportation will also be provided by from Jabalpur to factory Location.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
