We are the No. 9 of top global tire manufacture&rsquo;s USA office in Walnut, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage order processing, coordinate with suppliers, and handle administrative tasks to support efficient daily operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Processing purchase orders and invoices</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation</li><li>Prepare and send shipping advice for customers</li><li>Communicate with manufactures to confirm order details, production schedules, and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries</li><li>Collect order status from manufacture and prepare weekly order report to customers.</li><li>Support sales reps and customers with order updates.</li><li>Maintain accurate data in ERP system.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience</li><li>Prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Legal working status in the US, no OPT, No sponsorship.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Benefits package</li><li>Growth and career development opportunities</li><li>A collaborative team environment in a growing company</li></ul>If you are a proactive professional who is eager to grow in the purchasing and supply chain field, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchasing assistant: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
