Purchasing Assistant

We are the No. 9 of top global tire manufacture’s USA office in Walnut, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage order processing, coordinate with suppliers, and handle administrative tasks to support efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Prepare and send shipping advice for customers
• Communicate with manufactures to confirm order details, production schedules, and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries
• Collect order status from manufacture and prepare weekly order report to customers.
• Support sales reps and customers with order updates.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Legal working status in the US, no OPT, No sponsorship.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
