Roles and Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Assist the Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and support HR policy implementation and data privacy.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and address initial employee queries.</li><li>Support HR projects such as training programs and performance management initiatives.</li><li>Prepare draft HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics for accurate payroll processing.</li><li>Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
